Project Leader Brand Management to Pågen AB

We are now looking for a Project Leader for our Marketing Department. The position is placed in Malmö, reporting to Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, drive and coordinate innovation projects defined by Pågen Steering Group or Marketing Manager

• Overall coordination of all innovation development projects to all markets

• Drive ad hoc projects in Brands Marketing

You must be able to:

• Secure deliverables and milestones of assigned projects in Brands Marketing

• Coordinate projects, time plans, resource allocation and investments for assigned projects

• Coordinate launch windows, product wish lists, special customer needs etc. with all markets

• Prepare and deliver pre-reads and presentations to Steering Group

Qualifications:

• 3-5 yrs education in Business administration

• 5-10 yrs work experience with proven experience in project leadership

• Preferable FMCG background

• Preferable experience of product development including production/technology

• Preferable international experience

Characteristics:

You are energetic and structured, with strong administrative and project leader skills. Our new project leader also needs to be analytical and a good communicator, and keep an open mind.
