Essential Responsibilities:
You will lead and create conditions for the teams of cross-functional/multi-disciplinary engineers to introduce new, updated and customized products to our customers. Your leadership is based on agile methodologies and you prefer structured ways of working over bureaucracy and do not hesitate to support the team in any project matters. In addition, you will work together with the business and core teams to manage project risks, deliver quality and impactful business results.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Overall responsibility for engineering development projects
• Create and ensure effective and efficient communication across business functions; motivate and energize the development team through your leadership
• Create clarity by prioritizing the work, define the most important customer and project deliverables
• Be an active part of our program development team
• Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary projects to support product road maps and reach commercial readiness
• Support the stewardship of intellectual property

M.Sc. or equivalent in Engineering preferably within electronics, mechanics and/or software from an accredited university or college.
Leadership or consulting experience in multidisciplinary product development.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
