As a Project Leader at our client, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and integration of Fieldglass into other cloud-based systems like SuccessFactors including taking on the challenge to expand the Fieldglass scope to other entities / new business areas.
You will work closely with the business stakeholders, and IT team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the clients' needs and expectations. You will also oversee the project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the complex and extended environments of the clients and their business processes related to Fieldglass.
• Prioritize and commit to bring value to the tool by aligning the project objectives with the clients' strategic goals.
• Dig into specific issues, such as process gaps, configuration, integration, reporting and provide effective solutions with the collaboration of the IT team and Fieldglass experts.
• Act as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring clear and consistent communication and documentation of the project requirements, status, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate a can-fix-this-anyhow attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the project outcomes.

Qualifications
• You have a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• You have several years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of vendor management, procurement, or human resources.
• You have experience in implementing and integrating Fieldglass or similar cloud based vendor management systems.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio.
• Meritorious: PMP or other project management certification.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-07-31, with possible extension.
