As Project Lead engineer you will drive the project engineering reporting to the Engineering Manager and working in team with the Project Manager. As a Lead Engineer you will be the technical coordinator who leads all engineering disciplines throughout the design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning of our projects worldwide. This includes cooperation and coordination with suppliers, customers, R&D and the engineering disciplines on an international scale. This work will provide you with a diverse technical skill set, customer interaction experience, and the opportunity to work globally but with focus on Sweden and Scandinavia. You'll be an essential part of our European team, with your manager based in Italy. Residing in Sweden is preferred, due to many of our customers being there. In Sweden you will also belong to a team in our office in Västerås or Ludvika.
Your Responsibilities:
Execution of Battery storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects leading all the technical activities and coordinating the project team
Support the site team engineers
Proactively seek and implement improvements in the execution process.

Your background
Master's degree in electrical engineering
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish proficiency is advantageous.
At least 5 years of professional experience as a project engineer.
Good knowledge of power systems, LV, MV and HV electrical equipment, switchgears, generation equipment is required.
Knowledge of Microgrid systems, battery storage, renewable generation is considered as a plus.
Good knowledge of MS Office tools is required.
Flexibility to travel (occasionally) is required.
