Ghost Competence is looking for a Project Engineer to Trelleborg and their product area Truck & Diesel. We are looking for a market-oriented engineer with an interest in development and working in an international organization. We are looking for you who wants to connect our Key Account Managers, Customers and Producers to make sure that the customers get the technical solution they've been promised. You will have the key role in developing the sales of Trelleborg to new and existing customers. This position is an employment directly at Trelleborg.

Publiceringsdatum2016-03-14ArbetsuppgifterThe role of Project Engineer offers you a challenging and stimulating work as a key role in developing our sales to new and existing key clients who are leaders in the heavy vehicles industry globally.
You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager for Trelleborg Truck & Diesel and will be located in Ersmark, Skellefteå, together with approximately 200 colleagues.
Your work includes
• Contribute to our strategic planning and support the fulfilment of targets set.
• Develop tools for customer interaction and marketing.
• Plan, develop and implement product training and tools for customer events, trade fairs, etc.
• Manage cross-functional development projects and product introductions.
• Initiate and drive product management activities.
• Initiate and manage activities to identify opportunities, mirror successes and achieve growth with existing as well as potential customers.
• Compile and report outcomes according to strategy, budgets, projects and established key figures.
• Manage and participate in internal and external projects.
• The service requires a global contact net and includes travels nationally and internationally.
Vi söker dig som
You have a university degree preferably in Engineering and at least 3 years work experience in technical sales or project/product management within the automotive segment, used to working independently in a decentralized organization.
To be successful in the role you must possess a high level of motivation, business acumen and feel confident in working in an international team where you communicate fluent in English both spoken and written. You also have, at the least, basic German language skills. You have good knowledge of Office applications.
