<p>Volvo Car Mobility AB is a start up company and a part of the well established brand Volvo. Volvo Car Mobility AB business involves a large-scale car pool that lets customers lease cars by using their service called Sunfleet. Volvo Car Mobility AB is growing and expanding their operations and therefore they are looking for a project coordinator who will have an operational responsibility for testing and planning for the operations delivery and forecast of business.</p>

<p>The starting date for this assignment is immediately and will continue for 6 months as a full time employment. You will work during ordinary office hours Monday to Friday. The position is based at their headquarters in Stockholm.</p>

<p>This is a consultant assignment through Just Arrived. <p><strong>Work description</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be part of the creation of high level and detailed plans for operations delivery in product releases and large scale operational tests.</li>
<li>Coordinate the execution of tests/activities together with the allocated operations resources for each activity.</li>
<li>Communicate plans and outcomes to all relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Participate actively in quality management routines, inspection routes, and issue resolution of unforeseen events impacting the customer together with field staff, product development and other stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

You are a doer and are not afraid of performing tasks by yourself. You are confident in independently take charge in processes and as a team leader you are motivating, persistent, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.</p>

<p><strong>Requirement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Years of experience in project coordination/management or team leadership.</li>
<li>Fluent in English, in both writing and verbal.</li>
<li>Experience in quality management or customer care is meriting.</li>
<li>Experience in car sharing, car rental or transport industry is meriting.</li>
</ul>
