hela Sverige The Project Coordinator will fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers on all ongoing projects. The main role will be to coordinate the maintenance cycles for all our live projects, coordinate with developers and QA to manage workloads and releases.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating all maintenance cycles and managing changelogs and bug fixes
Coordinating the Game Update releases
Coordinating with devs and chase updates and releases
Managing fix versions for all maintenance game updates
Managing Maintenance Triage meeting
Coordinating Operator bug fixing
Supporting internal QA teams to manage workload
Assisting PM's in Game Documentation
Admin for Compliance updates
Assisting the PM's on any ongoing project maintenance
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
Job requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work autonomously, quickly, and accurately under pressure
Admin experience
A Keen problem solver
Proficiency in Office/Google Software
You need to be:
Very patient
Easily adaptable
Can communicate effectively
Organised and approachable
Team player
Bonus points for...
JIRA software
Understanding of software updates
Coordination experience
Gaming Industry experience (possibly QA)

Life at Relax
This role is based in Malmö, Sweden.
The Relax game studio in Malmö is perfectly located on Lilla Torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of the city. We span across 2 floors with a terrace and plenty of space to "relax". A real home from home. The studio is a five-minute walk from the central station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right outside our doorstep.
