The Department of political science is announcing at least one position as project assistant.

Through a series of short, playful and creative workshops with a wide variety of LU people, we will collect and explore ideas and visions of how higher education might change, and how it might not. With the material generated by these workshops, we will communicate the possible outcomes of trends in higher education in the Swedish context in an accessible and entertaining form; a jubilee-version of LU's magazine 'LUM' from 2041 (please see the project summary for more info).

- Experience with design and implementation of (participatory) futures-oriented methodologies.
- Experience with workshop design and facilitation for diverse stakeholder groups, using online tools
- Familiarity with publication design, editorial and production processes
- Ability to analyse and synthesize workshop outcomes to create outputs suitable for use in continued research
- Familiarity with (design) research methods
- Familiarity with Storytelling / narrative design methods
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English (oral and written)
- Adaptable and proactive, able to work with deadlines and manage workload.
