Are you meticulous person with an eye for details, and are looking for a fast paced assignment that will contribute to electrification? Our Gigafactory in Torslanda is being built as we speak, and in this role you will be a key player in the team that makes the site tick.
We are building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory that will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe. We are now looking for a Project Administrator to join our Facility & EPC team!

Together, we have formed a joint venture, NOVO Energy, to power the next generation of pure electric Volvo and Polestar cars.
What you will do
You will be an integral part of the Site Logistics team, and facilitate the work for your colleagues. The team handle all temporary facilities on site which, for a project of this scale, require a lot of project administration. This is where you come into the picture.
Your responsibilities
Supporting Site Logistics Manager with administrative tasks such as:
- Review invoices
- Engage in dialogue with the cost control and finance departments

Assist with purchase orders and service orders

Manage change orders

Maintain deviation log for costs that falls outside the site service budget
- Perform spend analysis and forecasting
- Follow up contracts and payment plans
Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in large-scale construction projects with multidisciplinary complexity is considered meritorious
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish is required for this position
- Experience working on Swedish construction sites is considered meritorious
