hela Sverige The Programme Manager EMEA will:
• Customer management and liaison - act as the principal representative of Allocate in Denmark ensuring Allocate teams are fully connected with the customer to address and respond to their needs and requirements; including Product, R&D, Customer Success, Support and Client Services
• Cross functional team management - manage the cross-functional team tasked with delivering on the customers' requirements and acting as an escalation point for issues and risks
• Coordination of Development teams - Quality Management of the team's deliverables and adherence to all Allocate development procedures and methodologies ensuring the product delivered meets or exceeds the contractually agreed requirements
• Project Profitability & Commercial Management - The Project Director will be responsible for ensuring commercial outcomes of the programme are achieved, with particular attention to the operational processes including (but not limited to) dev-services, resource time & material management, forecasting, invoicing and travel & entertainment.
• Accountable for service level management, reporting, SLAs and ensuring response times are met - avoiding any contractual penalties
• Future opportunities - identifying additional business opportunities as they arise and engaging with the appropriate Allocate resources to shape, define and sell-in this opportunity to the customer
• Project reporting - be responsible for regular and accurate reporting on activities and progress of programmes in line with Allocate's reporting cycles
• Manage the commitments and required involvement of Product and Services - limiting their involvement to where participation is essential, rather than optional

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate effective communication, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and customers including providing case updates. producing reports and escalating issues internally

• Building Relationships - Able to develop effective relationships with Allocate colleagues and customers. Able to respond appropriately to feedback.
• Understanding Allocate - Aware of Allocate strategies, policies and procedures. Aware of how the organisation operates.
• Innovation, Flexibility and Adaptability - Undertake tasks with a positive attitude and respond well to management and customer requests. Must be prepared to meet business goals and respond well to change.
