The Project Office within the Equipment Lifecycle Solutions (ELS) team delivers documentation and services to global customers which are used for registration of GxP processes and products. The project Office manage all FlexFactory customer qualification projects, NPI's, Process Excellence and template management.
Essential Responsibilities:
The demand for products and services from ELS?s Qualification Services is increasing double digits year over year. As a result of an increasing demand of new qualification strategy products that connects more with the customers process impact assessment we are seeking a Program Manager Verification By Design to help drive and lead that part of the Project Office Business. The role is including the need to cooperate with stakeholders across LS multiple functional teams and regions. The business is pointed to several different LS segments.
• Manage and drive the Verification By Design Project Office Qualification Services business
• Communicate current state to senior management and make sure deliverables are met.
• Manage all customer project milestones deliverables; handle urgent tasks, regional communication to display actions made and in progress.
• Cooperate and communicate with Global business leaders and key stakeholders to secure Qualification Services product deliverables. Lead and manage new product introduction within Verification by design business.
• Managing quality objectives, regulatory requirements, schedules, and program risks and making decisions based on business objectives. Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving program milestones. Supports communication to wider GELS organization on program/project awareness including inputs and involvement in all Verification By Design programs.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Science, Engineering or related area with relevant work experience
Work experience within GxP qualifications within Technical area
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with the project management life cycle.
Demonstrated capability of cross-functional and cross-site interactions and ability to drive project plans to completion
Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience with project management handling GEHC products Qualification offering.
Familiarity with ISO, GxP and other regulatory standards
English as working languages.
Experience of working in a global environment
