Description
As an Initiative Driver in ART Identification and Signing you will have an exciting and innovative role in a modern organization with a central position in the clients digital transformation. The identification area plays a vital role in the clients digital transformation journey to secure future-proof services with great user experience to our customers.
You will plan the initiative, drive areas on the critical line, coordinate development, analysis, requirements, vendor agreements, report to the steering committee and deep dive into questions when needed.
As an Initiative Driver within the Digital Services area you will be the link between business and IT, with a mission to translate business needs into Identification & Signing solutions for the clients customers. While working both on a strategic and operative level in close collaboration with our customers and stakeholders across the bank, you will play an important role in harmonizing our digital channel offering cross all customer segments.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• You should be passionate about digital, have a good understanding of the digital customer experience, the ability to analyze complex problems, foresee opportunities and challenges and translate these into business requirements.
• You are a fast learner and have the ability to grasp and focus on the most critical questions.
• You are interested in gaining an understanding of our Identification and Signing solutions together with applicable regulations and security context, have a holistic view and the capability to focus on details when needed. If you previously have worked within the IAM-area that is a plus.
• In order to be successful in this position you are above all a team player, taking an active role in both developing the team towards a more agile way of working and building relationships cross the organization. You are outgoing, can lead and inspire and can easily present your "sales-pitch" to the organization. You are also structured, like to coordinate and are able to make tough prioritizations from an overall SEB perspective, while at all times focused on optimizing delivery to our customers in line with our Identity & Signing strategic roadmap.
