AI Foundation is the team within the area AI, Analytics and Data that focuses on developing Machine Learning solutions to support and/or improve different H&M group processes that range from Supply Chain and Production (Quantification, Allocation and Pricing models are some examples) to Customer areas (recommendation engines, etc.).
The AI Academy goal is to enable and support the AI Foundation grow through the offering of training initiatives, as well as the creation and coordination of H&M AI community, and establishing collaboration with other external communities as needed. Many activities such as building up our community, coordinating live and digital events, as well as making sure that the content shared on our internal learning platform is of quality.
Job Description
We are looking for a driven Program Manager to join our AI Academy team.
Thanks to your experience, you will coordinate AI expertise areas (Data Science and Engineering) and identify upskilling needs by creating, organizing and coordinating relevant material and courses that will fulfill these needs. This also means that you'll get to work closely with a Project Manager, Communication Manager and many more creative, operational and hands-on people.
The community activities will be about managing and coordinating different communication channels, forums and workshops in order to ensure a common understanding of AI across the H&M group, and foster cross-collaboration between our product teams. If you love networking, engaging with others and get involved in different types of projects including logistics around major events, or define the best type of internal platform for knowledge sharing purpose, this role is for you!
While a deep AI technical knowledge is not necessary, familiarity and previous experience on this field is desired.
Qualifications
Required skills/qualifications:
Computer Science, Engineering or Business graduate
3+ years of work experience in a Product organization
Experience and knowledge of Agile methods and tools (Jira, Miro boards, ...)
Strong presentation and communication skills
Stakeholder management skills
"Nice to have" qualifications:
Familiarity with AI concepts and processes and/or software development
Experience from working with advanced analytics tools and technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Dataiku) or digital development teams
Fashion or retail industry experience
Tools/software:
Jira
Confluence
Advanced Office tools user (pptx)
Required language skills:
English
