Overview
The Internet Of Things (IOT) will result in over a trillion devices being connected over the next few years. The growth rate is accelerating and the realisable commercial opportunities through connectivity are enormous. SCA are actively engaged in the expansion of IOT in the washroom space and we are now recruiting two Program Managers to support our rapid expansion.
Combining a recent IOT acquisition with home grow capabilities we deliver measurable business benefits by helping our clients to be better informed, allowing them to be more proactive and deliver a superior experience to their customers. Our clients are able to respond to customer complaints before they occur and keep themselves ahead of their competitors by leveraging the powerful data-based insights from connected washroom systems

We are now recruiting a Program Manager for our Nordic Region. This is an exciting career opportunity for a talented individual to enter a new business area at an early stage and help to create a successful new commercial concept for SCA.
The successful candidate will report into a European organization and will work in close collaboration with local Solutions Key Account Managers. He/She will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the customer portfolio.
The role entails managing a portfolio of Tork Solutions customers and ensuring that we deliver and follow up the value which we have committed to.
Location is Gothenburg, Sweden.

Sales

Main Tasks
Build in depth understanding of the customers’ business in order to set up new clients on the Tork Solutions platform
Train cleaning managers & staff so that they can fully leverage the Tork Solutions platform
Facilitate the implementation of Tork Solutions management reporting tools
Support customers to optimize business routines based on data from Tork Solutions tools
Provide proactive and hands on guidance and advice to keep customers updated in new system features and ensure that we continuously deliver the value we have promised
Keep the Tork Solutions KAM updated on status with all accounts in your portfolio
Provide ongoing input to SCA’s teams to ensure that changing customer demands are met by future developments

Experience and background
University Degree or equivalent experience
2 - 3 years relevant customer contact business experience
Customer driven
Leadership & coaching capabilities
Empathy to work with different types of people
Act on opportunities and threats
Early adopter mind-set
Fluent spoken in English and Swedish
Technical acumen
Analytical acumen
Very good Excel skills

Additional Information
Ability and willingness to travel within the Nordics to secure knowledge transfer is an important requirement for this role.
