Job Title: Program Lead
Location: Uppsala, Sweden (hybrid)
Job Description
Our business is growing, and we are looking for a Program Lead, who wants to take their career to the next level!
A program lead's primary responsibility is to facilitate the coordination of projects within a program. They actively support the program team in overcoming obstacles and ensure that the program remains in line with the organization's strategic objectives. This is a key position for our business, and you will get a unique insight into Galderma's journey!
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement program strategy
* Lead the creation and implementation of the program management plans
* Ensure program objectives are identified and understood
* Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets
* Coordinate and oversee interdependent projects within the program
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
* Resolve problems and delays in the program
* Report program performance to stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications
* University degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
* Several years of experience in Project Management and Program Management
* Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
* Experience in GMP/GEP
* Fluency in English. Swedish is an advantage.
* Document training/knowledge in industrial economics and management is desirable

The job entails working in office settings, production areas, and clean rooms. Occasional travel may be required based on business needs.
