hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2014-10-27Dina arbetsuppgifterOn behalf of our client we are looking for a Professional Services Controller to join their Controlling organization in Stockholm.
The purpose of this role is to be a dedicated business partner to the Professional Services Organization and to support the growth and continuous excellence process of the organization. You shall be operating as commercial gate-keeper ensuring business control, risk management and commercial governance within the organization. Key areas include:
• Provide financial counselling to systems integration management, project managers and project teams, including overseeing the financial health of the project by analysing costs, revenue, risks and pricing.
• Tool owner and process responsible for Management KPIs dashboard and responsible for preparation and publication of the report to the defined audience.
• Support Managed Services team in elaboration of standard service costing and pricing.
• Ensures compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures to include revenue recognition policies and project set up rules.
• Serve as a liaison between the finance community and the professional services organization.
• Coordinate forecast and budget processes.
• Validation and approval of deal calculations in collaboration with sales teams and product management.
• Process & Tool Owner for cost estimator, responsible for maintenance of the tool and related documentation as well as for tool training of all involved parties.
Vem är du?
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational project delivery, managed services or software developing company
• University degree in business administration, finance or equivalent
• Vast experience of project controlling, business case evaluation and pricing definition.
• Strong business acumen and experience of financial and managerial accounting.
• Understanding of group consolidation principles joined with knowledge of planning and reporting processes for multi-entity organizations.
• Strong IT skills - MS Excel (VBA desired), PowerPoint, Word, BOPC, SAP FI/ CO, PS, QlikView (desirable)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person you need to have strong analytical skills, be able to manage multiple tasks and be a team player with an autonomous work style and a great sense of accountability. You are customer oriented, have great communications skills and can handle different cultures, both within and outside the organization. Further more you have good project management skills, a strong mentality and are highly motivated.
