hela Sverige We look for an analytical and energetic person who wants to be part of the master planning team at Aeronautics. You will be working with high level analyses but also with hands-on planning details in our ERP system. Your role
As a master planner, you are responsible for establishing an optimized production program based on the master plan and operational goals. You are responsible ensure that the correct production program is implemented and available in our ERP systems. An important task for the Master Planning section is to be able to quickly and easily carry out analyzes based on possible scenarios with respect to the resource and capacity situation, where also the financial consequences needs to be considered.
You work both independently and in teams together with colleagues at all levels within Aeronautics. The job holds a mix of day-to-day work, improvement activities and business development. An important part of the assignment is to be able to communicate production schedules and analyses at all levels within the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has a technical or financial education at university level with theoretical knowledge in logistics or equivalent work experience. It is preferable if you have worked with strategic planning and with logistics at a manufacturing company.
We also believe that you are an energetic person who addresses tasks with a high level of energy. You like to take own responsibility and can perform even though the circumstances sometimes are a bit unclear. Taking the leadership role in different situations is natural to you.
We also belive that you have good analytical skills and a good knowledge of the MS-Office package as well as experience of working in different ERP systems. You will in your role have both internal and external contacts, which demands a high level of communication and good skills in both English and Swedish.

We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled prior to the application deadline.
The position involves work that needs clearance from FMV. Therefore, you must carry out and be approved in a security check made by this authority.
What you will be a part of
The Production Management Office within Aeronautics' production department is responsible for production and material planning, calculations and quotes. We are also responsible for production customer desk, where we receive customer inquiries and orders.
The production department is in a ramp up phase and we need to increase the number of employees in the Master Planning section. The section today consists of an active team of about 8 people. We now see an increased need for an efficient planning organization and hope you want to become part of our team.
