What you'll do
Holding production planning meetings with suppliers and internal to get status of projects coming into production, during production and deliveries from Customized Bioprocess Solutions.
Keeping production plan for Customized Bioprocess Solutions.
Reporting deviations and risks for deviations from production plan to Managers and Project Managers.
Regular catch up of delayed material together with purchasing to early prevent delays in the projects.
Participate in lead time discussions with Hardware Quotation Support and project management.
Participate in Project Kick-off Meetings.
Supplier follow-up of mechanical and electrical suppliers together with sourcing.
Planning and development activities for coming projects.
Identify, plan and follow up all activities within the team.
Coordinate activities with other teams within CBS.
Follow up and report deviations.
Who you are
Qualifications
Qualification B.SC degree with relevant technical Mechanical/automation/engineering focus, or comparable level of competences
Good knowledge in English and Swedish, written and spoken
Experience from production, production planning, or design of work of products for the Biopharmaceutical industry
Excellent administrative and planning skills.
Good communication skills and excellent team working skills
