In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and continuously evaluate production plans according to SIOP Demand plan with respect of production asset and manning resource availability.
Evaluation of short-, mid- and long-term supply needs, based on input from multiple stakeholders such as SIOP, Process Design team, Programs team as well as manufacturing and logistical parameters
Ensuring delivery of materials for optimal manufacturing runs via cooperation in Logistics and production planning
Confirmation of both internal and external customer orders, based on material availability and production plan
Support system implementation and daily execution of needed system movements, ERP, LIMS, Traceability including raw material COA availability control.
Create and lead Consumable materials tracking and coordination to serve production needs.
Evaluate and buy needed Consumables either internally or externally.
Make sure all raw materials and finished products following the production process, correctly placed in designated areas and ready to be delivered
Manage off-spec/waste product movements; allocation of Containers, stock control of off-spec/waste materials to make sure production has enough space - coordinate within Northvolt for the best solution in terms of recycling
Execute monthly, bi-monthly raw material, finished product and waste product counting and update systems if needed.
Create and lead Digital tool implementation/integrations for CAM manufacturing to enable performance and financial controlling foundations and to reduce manual workload for business needs.
Qualifications/education/experience
Min. 3 years experience in Supply Chain Planning- Supply, Demand, Production, MRP, Inventory Management,
Very valuable (but not required) to have experience from battery manufacturing.
Successful track record of maintaining material availability while ramping-up a production line or alternatively in a prototyping environment
