Location:
Vara, Västra Götalands Län
Background:
Flexenclosure is a dynamic business that has seen significant and continued growth in recent years. The company?s production facility is based in Vara, where it produces customised prefabricated data centre buildings and hybrid power systems for the ICT industry. Customers are located all over the world, with a principal focus on developing nations.
The growth of the business has increased demands on manufacturing precision, quality, efficiency and speed, and we are looking for a production manager to be responsible for the overall operation of the Vara plant, including a team of about 60 people working across both product lines.
Aside from the above, this position will also be responsible for:
• Developing and instituting efficient production processes, and ensuring a safe and reliable production environment
• Organising and facilitating production meetings
• Ensuring that health and safety requirements are up to date
• Assigning staff and/or sub-contractors to projects
• Project planning and progress analysis
• Site policy and site planning
• Continuous improvement of the plant
Qualifications:
We are looking for an executive Production Manager with a strong production background either from the manufacturing industry or the construction sector. It is important that you have previous managerial experience and well developed leadership skills. You should believe in modern production principles and bring knowledge in lean, 5S or similar. You should have strong communication skills and be fluent in Swedish, as well as having excellent skills in both written and spoken English. Experience in an ERP system is desirable.
