hela Sverige In our new factory in Helsingborg we roast, fry, coat and flavor all nuts that are used in our fine blends. As Production Manager you will be responsible for:
• Planning and supervising the daily plant activities.
• Set production targets, prepare the plant budget and control that the plant expenses are within approved budget limitations.
• Establish, improve and document the procedures in the plant and monitor the implementation of the procedures.
• Good house-keeping and hygiene procedures within all production areas and in compliance with the HACCP and BRC standards.
• Maintaining safe and healthy operating practices within the plant.
• Training of plant supervisory personnel in their respective duties and responsibilities.
• Regularly update personnel records and appraise periodically the performance of the plant supervisors and their staff.
• In cooperation with the Head Units, increase the efficiency in the plant and increase the cooperation between different departments.

Publiceringsdatum2012-09-27KvalifikationerWe are looking for candidates who are used to and enjoy working practically on "the floor" to implement procedures and to improve team work and efficiency in the plant. We expect you to have the following qualifications:
• You have a relevant academic education, preferably with focus on Food Technology.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a technical/managerial position within the food industry and preferably within a FMCG Industry, with a few years in a management position.
• We expect solid knowledge as well as certification in HACCP, ISO and BRC.
• Good understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods and coordination of people and resources
• Familiar and comfortable using ERP systems
• Previous experience of managing multi-cultural teams is advantageous
• You master both Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
As a person you are dependable and stress tolerant. You have the ability to influence and lead other. You have a flexible mind when it comes to problem solving. You have good interpersonal skills. The Production Manager reports to the General Manager and will be part of the Management team.

Moussa Rifai opened his first store in Lebanon, Beirut in 1948. The store was only 6 square meters, but housed everything imaginable concerning nuts. Today the company is family owned, still with large market shares in Middle East, and with his grandson as president of the Swedish and European market.
What we do today at Alrifai Nutisal AB is quite unique; we have modernized 500 year old know-how to roast nuts and seeds and season them to taste. In January 2008 we took a big leap into the retail sector and launched a line of prepackaged nuts for the Swedish market with one goal; to become market leader in Scandinavia by making a difference!
