In just a short period of time Elevenate has gone from being a small project to an established brand with our garments being sold in over 150 selected ski shops around the world. We have grown in many ways but our passion and philosophy remains the same - we make clothes that we want to wear in the mountains. Tailored and anatomically shaped garments made from the best materials. Designed in Åre and tested in the mountains at our doorstep and on our travels. After a lifetime on skis and more than 20 years in the Alps, with over 6000 ski days between us, it was simply a natural progression to create Elevenate. We moved from Verbier to Åre and started making ski wear the way we like it. Even if I guide less nowadays and Sara doesn't compete anymore we still ski as much as possible all over the world.

PRODUCTION MANAGER - ELEVENATE AB
Our current PRODUCTION MANAGER has decided to take on new challenges after 5 years at Elevenate, and we recruit therefore her replacement. The position will be based at our headquarters in Åre, at the foot of Åreskutan. We are a relatively small company who have decided to take the next big step, and have recently hired a new and experienced CEO.
Ahead of us lays an aggressive roll-out of new collections in this competitive landscape. We are in need for a true dedicated team player who will be responsible for the quality, environmental care and the gross profit of our production in tight collaboration with our designers and the leading suppliers we cooperate with. The quality of our garments is well known, and we believe quality are delivered by tight collaboration between us and our suppliers. We are looking for the person who love such challenge, and will fit well into our ambitious and "down to earth" team!
Main tasks:
• You lead both the strategic and tactics of the production process of each collection and work tight with our head designer during the total product development process.
• To secure the best product at the best price with the best quality and fitting.
• Responsible for planning and organising production schedules.
• You will be assessing projects and resource requirements.
• Take on full responsibility estimating, negotiating and agreeing gross margins, budgets and timescales with suppliers according to the company 's needs and demands.
• Secure Elevenate CSR-policy are met by partners and suppliers.
• Determining quality control standards and follow-up on the brand's CSR policy with partners.
• Travel will occur from time to time to secure best quality in products, timing and relation with our valued partners and suppliers.
• With design manager select, order and purchase agreed materials and trims.
• Liaising with design, marketing and sales to deliver top product development process.
• You report to our CEO and will while we grow take on team responsibility.
You have:
• Relevant experiences and education in the field of production management.
• A positive and entrepreneurial mind-set with a winning spirit and a team-player attitude.
• Skills to keep various projects running at the same time.
• Great communication skills, a strategic mind-set and well developed executional abilities.
• High level of English skills in writing and talking, as well as good MS Office experience.
• A true interest into an active lifestyle on and around the mountain.
