Are you ready for a new challenge in a dynamic organization in the heart of the lovely northern West coast of Sweden?
We are recruiting a driven person with a deep interest in technology for the process engineer activities within Additional Materials - Strips & Film. You will be based in Fjällbacka, Sweden.
As Production Engineer you are maintaining and improving the process for strips production.
You will participate in and drive many interesting improvement teams which will give you the possibility to develop a deep understanding of areas such as equipment, quality, methods and production processes. We offer you a challenging position in dynamic organization with great technical know-how.
Main responsibilities
• Process owner in the slitting and spooling area
• Drive the production process specification and test methods
• Lead improvement teams to reduce quality and efficiency losses
• Develop training material and drive process training to secure the quality of the production processes
• Participate/drive teams to specify new equipment
Publiceringsdatum2011-05-30KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role you are result oriented with a high inner drive. You are a true team player and possess excellent communication skills. As a person you are curious with a holistic perspective and enjoy sharing your knowledge and motivating others. You have an analytical and systematic approach combined with a deep interest in technology, quality and production processes.
You have a technical background preferably with a universitydegree or equivalent. We would like you to have a couple of years work experience from the industry were you gained process know-how including experience of World Class Manufacturing. You have good command in English, both written and spoken.
