Product Support Specialist - Commerce Technology

We are seeking a product support specialist to join our growing organization. You will be responsible for providing support to our commerce product by troubleshooting and resolving incident to ensure a smooth commerce flow for customers.

To be successful as a support specialist, you should have an in-depth understanding of commerce, Experience with Analysis of Data, database query skills and ability to own and resolve incidents within the commerce platform.

Lynk&Co is active in seven European countries where consumers are able to access the car through several options, from buying, leasing, subscription and sharing services.

Sales are through our online sales channels across European Markets. The multiple market approach, our unique business model and the complexity of the automotive industry means we manage an exciting and complex Commerce Eco System.

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to work with cross-functional teams to identify, resolve, and support in incidents within our commerce platform.

You will develop a culture of collaboration in resolving and improving our commerce system, working with developers to support on bugs, hot fixes and innovations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshooting and resolving internal incident in our commerce environment in a timely manner

• Communicating and collaborating with coworkers to diagnose problems

• Managing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first

• Documenting common support procedures that colleagues can follow

• Running SQL queries from data tables

• Reporting on historic incidents and producing RCAs when applicable

• Identify areas of improvements and innovation for commerce

What you should have

• Previous experience in a technical support role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Database query, SQL knowledge of data retrieval from the tables
