Job description:
This position fills a key role in our strategy to grow our product range of DTH products. You will be responsible to ensure that our customer centers attain the highest skill level in marketing, demonstrating, operating and supporting the DTH product range. In addition you will have certain geographical territory where you will be responsible to create a business plan together with customer center in case to grow the DTH business. Furthermore, you will be working with optimizing our product assortment and its profitability. Lean R&D project management is a focused area and you will participate in these projects.

Responsibilities:
• Product training, drilling tests
• Product assortment strategies
• Market intelligence
• Create, implement and follow up on DTH action plan for responsible territory
• Support our market communication
• Product introduction
• Support for customer centres
• Analyze and evaluated profitability of products
• Claim handling

Mission:
To strengthen our position as market leader of DTH (Down The Hole) products.

Experience requirements:
• Strong knowledge in areas related to mining, civil engineering, exploration or other drilling applications.
• Experience sales or technical support in mining/drilling not less than three years.
• Aptitude to work with people in a supportive service minded "sales" environment.
• Working in different countries and cultures is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Computer skills in compiling and analyzing sales and product data.
• Experience in make presentations to different auditoriums.

Knowledge:
• Sound technical knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of features of all existing drilling methods is beneficial.
• Marketing and sales knowledge is an advantage.
• Our working language is English.
• Ability to convince people by logical reasoning.

Educational requirements:
The successful candidate should have a University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field and solid experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the drilling market is a definite asset.

Personality requirements:
• Self starter who can also convey a positive attitude and generate enthusiasm in others.
• Frequent and detailed reporting in writing is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills including a preparedness to train others.
• Team player
• Fluent in English
• Leadership skills
• Dynamic person willing to make an international career.

Country and city description:
This position is located at our product company in Fagersta (Sweden).

Additional information:
You must be prepared to travel about 80-100 days per year.
