Join Our Team as a Product Specialist!
We are looking for a Product Specialist to strengthen our global Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about medtech, enjoys working close to both products and markets, and wants to grow into a future product leader.
About the role
As Product Specialist, you will support our global marketing team in executing marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and ensuring our distributors have the tools and training they need to succeed. You will be part of a dynamic and international environment where collaboration across sales, technology, regulatory, and marketing is key.
This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth execution of tactical activities.
Key responsibilities
Create compelling product content for marketing and sales purposes
Organize and deliver distributor training sessions
Develop and update product materials such as manuals, presentations and sales tools
Collaborate with sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and customer needs
Support key projects, product launches, and related marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analyses
Maintain and update the product database
Provide input to Technology team on product improvements based on customer and market insights
Support compliance activities with the regulatory team
Monitor and report on product key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience from medtech or life science is a plus
Fluent in English
