Saabs business area Kockums are hiring a driven Product Sales Responsible with office location in Malmö. Your role

As Product Sales Responsible you will work with various business opportunities, meet customer and lead a smaller bid team. The role also includes leading and coordinating the required activities within Win Business process. About 100 travel days are part of the job, both nationally and internationally. You will report to Deputy Head of Marketing & Product Sales, a manager with international experience who is there to mentor and support when needed. The expectations on delivery are high as well as our trust in you and your willingness perform at your best! In addition to above, the main tasks consists of:

* Working with selected business prospects to achieve order intake targets.
* Planning and executing meetings with customers, partners, government officials and other stakeholders both at international and national level.
* Working closely internally with Bid Center and other functions within Kockums and Saab group functions.
* Weekly reporting on progress for the business cases.
* Participating in exhibitions and other marketing activities.
* Supporting customer delegation visits.


Your profile

To be successful in this role you need to have a strong drive to close business and always strive to exceed expectations. We are looking for you with former successful experience in international marketing & sales in similar previous positions. You must possess a high level of cultural sensitivity. You are an excellent communicator meeting customer representatives at various levels but also being a team player connecting with people within Saabs organization.



Required skills:

* Documented working experience in international Marketing & Sales as Sales Director or similar role and experience from large complex projects.
* Minimum Bachelor of Science in Engineering and/or ex Armed Forces Officer.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
* Driving license



Desired skills:

* Project Management experience.
* Understanding of Saab processes and tools, products and organization as well as good knowledge in Saab Winning Business Process.
* Other language skills and experience in working in different cultural and international contexts.

For anyone applying, understanding of Business Unit products and services, combined with the ability to work with technical experts to identify solutions to meet customers' needs and requirements, is an advantage. Please note that office location for this job is Malmö why you need to be able to work from here in your daily work as well as be present at our office in Karlskrona when needed.
