You have previous experience from Retail, Recovery processes, and a strong desire to maximize profit and improve our customer's shopping experience. Furthermore, we believe that you have knowledge of Business Navigation and a good understanding for how Recovery supports our business and contributes to the financial result. You also have the ability to translate overall directions and strategies into needed tactical steps for execution and implementation. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Product Recovery Leader, you will lead and develop the product recovery processes, ways of working and tools. The objective is to establish the preconditions needed for our markets to excel in the execution of the product recovery processes. Here you will play a key role in supporting the markets in the implementation of new/changed processes and tools. Furthermore, you will develop directions for Recovery, reflecting the current and future business needs and well anchored in our overall strategies. You will drive the co-operation across functions to ensure everyone understands, contributes and actively works with focus on cost prevention, maximized profit and sustainability.
In addition, the assignment will include to:
• Follow-up on our performance, constantly strive to identify how we could improve our ways of working.
• Lead and develop the Product Recovery-network with the aim to enable engagement, knowledge sharing and competence development.
This is a permanent full-time position based in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Product Quality Manager.
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA
Together with the Country Recovery Leaders, and colleagues from other functions, you work actively to drive growth by optimizing the product recovery processes and preventing the occurrence of unnecessary costs related to our products. You lead and develop the Recovery processes within Ingka Group and secure an optimised way of working to give our products a second chance. This, while keeping our customers' shopping experience, the financial result and environmental impact in mind.
