Main function of the role is to plan, coordinate, execute the purchase of materials and supplies to TMP (tillverkning, montage & packning) and belt in the assembly at the production site in Gantofta.
Main tasks;
• Prepare production of TMP (tillverkning, montage & packning) requisitions and belt in Movex
• Establish production plans in Movex and/or MsProject
• Provide the TMP and belt production with the necessary information and documents for the manufacture and delivery
• Have daily contact with suppliers and part of ongoing planning and overall capacity
• Schedule time and capacity and coordinate the flow of materials to the TMP and belt production
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Planning, Projects, Design, ALF (assembly), Aftermarket)
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers based on configurations and purchase orders to inventory to order point
• Manage and code the invoices. Control that invoiced materials have arrived
• Ensure that suppliers have proper documents for production (such as specifications and drawings)
• Manage complaint
• Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and supplier meetings
Who are you;
To succeed in this role, we see that you have an education in production planning, material requirements planning and / or material procurement. A holistic approach, consistency, understanding, evaluation and follow-up is important. Furthermore, we see that you have easy to collaborate with others and create a structure of the work. As a person you are self-motivated, flexible and solution oriented.
You have a good sense of service. Preferable experience of Movex and MsProject. Good knowledge of Excel is required. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
The position will be based in Gantofta, Helsingborg, Sweden.
