We at Analytics Operation work to always stay on top when it comes to offering great products for data science and Advanced Analytics in the Quality and Customer Satisfaction area. These products are mostly used internally to find errors in and improve our overall quality in our trucks. We are an agile team of about 10 people, but we are growing and looking to become an even bigger team very soon. Our way of work is new to us, that is why we are driven by curiosity and it is important for us to think outside of the box and try new things to be able to best succeed in our new agile work ways. We are very much driven by our passion for what we do and we also value great communication - because without communication we cannot work with so much flexibility and trust as we do today. Lastly, we strongly believe that a helpful team who is passionate about what they do is the key for an effective and good work environment.
Role description
As our new Project Owner, Reporting you will have full responsibility for the complete lifecycle of your set of products. Your main role is to define, understand how to present advanced analytics in an easy way and to industrialize through collaborations to a broad audience to get leverage on analytics products. You will actively work and engage in the Analyze and Design phase in the product management lifecycle. You will together with the other product owners in the team define the User community's challenges and support them through producing desirable products. This role also includes a lot of team work and communication outside of your own department and with our other organizations, that is why it is important that you have great communications skills and that you receive energy and inspiration from new environments.
Your main activities and responsibilities will be:
Identify current and future needs in the area of Business Intelligence and Advance Reporting covering modern analytics
Collaborate with external and internal partner to leverage on performance and deliveries in the area.
Driving visualization of data and analytic findings to managements within our organization in a modern and exploratory way - gaining positive attention to otherwise neglected data areas
Collaborate with others on Quality Journal or Task forces with an analytics nature and compose teams our departments to find solutions and proposals
Who are you?

We are looking for someone with good communication and networking skills, with an understanding of both business and technical subjects. You understand the importance of visual expressions to gain user acceptance and understanding of products and you also understand that something delivered today is more valued than a larger promise for tomorrow
We believe that to succeed in this role you have the following:
Master of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Appl. mathematics or Computer Sc.
10 years of experience within any Analytics area,
1 - 3 years of experience in a Product Owner Role
1 - 3 years of UX experience
Experience from Agile or Lean deliveries or organizations
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
