hela Sverige We are now looking for a Product Owner with experience in PCBA-HW.
Do you enjoy coordinating electronics, from design to maintenance? Do you have vast experience in PCBA-HW development? Are you ready to take responsibility as a Product Owner?

Your Responsibilities
• Manage the electronics area of fiber optics product
• Maintenance of released and development of new PCBA-HW
• Plan and execute sustaining activities triggered by
- PDN/PCN
- CM adjustments
- Supply chain and sourcing strategy
• Assign resources and commit deliveries
• Run taskforces to resolve escalated internal and external (i.e., customer) defects
• Interface and support product release management
• Sign-off HW electronics design prior to release for production
• Ensure process adherence
• Ensure compliance of product HW to relevant international product standards
• Plan and drive compliance and certification testing and documentation
• Report on the status of your assigned projects, escalate risks and drive mitigations
Who you are
• Education background B.Sc., M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience of electronics design, preferably PCBA-HW
• A proven track record of PCBA qualification and NPI
• A proven track record of technical project lead or Product Owner
• Experience with Safety and EMC certification of HW is a plus
• Proven success with building relationships with different stakeholders
• Leadership skills and decision-making abilities
• Agile and flexible to change, while being able to work effectively and decisively under pressure
