At Connected Systems we work with the enabling solutions with a span from the vehicle to the Scania service platform in the cloud.
By being an important part in our operational team we feel responsible to make sure our services are up but also improving and implement our common processes together in the TRATON group.
What you will do
Our department Connected Systems is hiring for a Product Owner to be responsible to develop and maintain our cybersecurity monitoring capability. The capability is supported by processes, technology and tools.
At Scania 's cybersecurity monitoring team you will be part of a diverse brand new team. You will lead the team constantly keeping track and improve our cybersecurity posture with the help of the team. Joint to that we are also accountable of doing governance of the cybersecurity monitoring.
To support transparency and decision making, it is natural for you to measure progress and status and deliver relevant KPI 's to decision makers.
Who you are
You have a great interest and knowledge in cybersecurity product ecosystems. You have the capability to build strong relationships and maintain them over time and a strong willingness to learn. You are able to listen to many different perspectives, are proactive and have the ability to prioritize with business need and the team 's delivery capability guiding you.
To join our team, we think you have an academic education or equivalent knowledge, experience in work in similar areas and list of qualifications like:
* Experience working within an IT or DevOps organization.
* Cybersecurity experience.
* Experience from monitoring.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, independently.
* Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to have an holistic view.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet task completion deadlines.
* Business acumen.
* Expressing oneself efficiently and effectively in both written and verbal communication in English.

Main work is done where the team decides. As your manager I will offer a guidance and an honest dialogue with focus of you developing yourself in the area of cybersecurity monitoring.
