Product Owner Connected Car Services Platform
Lynk & Co is seeking an experienced Product owner of the Connected car services platform, a critical role to support the launch of LYNK & Co in Europe.
As Product Owner you will be responsible for implementation and operations of the Connected car services platform. You will play an integral role in coordinating and working closely with business owners and solution architects securing a secure, reliable and customer oriented connected car experience. With Lynk & Co you are given the opportunity to work with a team of passionate Lynk & Co:ers enabling Lynk & Co connected services with the potential to change mobility forever.
You will develop product strategy and define product roadmap based on understanding of business direction, customer needs and technology possibilities and have overall responsibility for the implementation and ongoing development of the Connected Car services platform
We are looking for a driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities. You have the ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology dependencies. Furthermore, you have a strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development combined with Excellent communication skills.
You will report to the Connectivity Director within Lynk & Co.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ, but will require frequent travel to Geely HQ, Hangzhou China.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Communicate and anchoring strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, monitor and follow-up on key requirements across planning, development, testing and operational phases.
- Co-ordinate feature prioritization for optimized sprint planning alongside car programs and business enterprise platform implementation projects. Secure agile, fast-moving methodology and technology stack.
- Define use cases, requirements, capabilities and coordinate backlog / roadmap of new requirements and innovations within connected car services platform domain.
- Develop core life-cycle management processes of connected car services platform jointly with business owners.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate key metrics and product analytics to continuously improve technical and customer/business performance.
Profile and Background
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology or equivalent) required, MBA or MS preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years product management in connected car services domain.
- Significant experience with software architecture, agile software development and cloud computing.
- Significant experience in global enterprise environment and working with business functions.
- Strategic mindset and significant project management experience
- Passion for business innovation through a modern technology stack perspective
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
