As a Product Owner at System Test Battery Management System, you will have a key role and a great responsibility for the quality assurance of several control systems within electrification.
You will also be responsible for coaching the test developers and setting up frameworks for the test development work. You will be involved in driving change of processes and methods, as well as evaluating how the product is perceived by our customers.
You will get to work with exciting and new global products in the transition to eco-friendly and sustainable transport solutions. You will also get to use your creativity, problem solving and critical thinking skills to improve our testing methods and processes.

Job requirements
As a Product Owner at System Test Battery Management System, you need to understand the big picture as well as the technical details, as you are responsible for:
• Creating a test plan that guides the testing process and keeps it up to date.
• Planning, prioritizing and following up test development at ECU system level (embedded systems)
• Acting as a coach towards development engineers and testing engineers within the system test domain
• Assessing test needs, evaluating and compiling results per test assignment
• Recommending an approval level and production setting based on summaries of test reports at system test level
• Driving the shift towards change of processes and methods
Your profile
As a person, you are responsible, organized, solution-oriented and a natural leader. You see opportunities to improve processes and methods to meet new requirements and make the group more efficient.
You are happy to jump in and practically participate in the work if needed.
Since the position involves contact with a lot of different stakeholders, you easily create new and lasting relationships and are responsive. You can quickly adapt to new challenging technical issues, have a good ability to understand what is important and to express this in speech and writing.
It is meritorious if you have several years of experience in test or project management, as well as good knowledge of embedded systems and software testing. Knowledge of ISO26262 and ISTQB is also good.

You have a relevant university degree or acquired equivalent knowledge through extensive work experience. We are also looking for someone that has a driver's license for car and can speak and write in English at a high level
