We have long and solid experience from the betting, gaming, media and mobile technology areas and our company is the only one of its kind to support all available mobile technologies. We continue to grow, and are now looking for a Product Owner to strengthen our project teams in Malmö.

Mobenga is looking for a Product Owner

Description

As Product owner you are responsible for the complete project and customer. Your main goal is to develop and maintain the relations with the customer/s assigned to you and making sure your team put its effort according to the agreed roadmap and to Scrum. Leading your team by example and educating them in customer wishes and acknowledge the effort they put in. Report status of project highlight issues seen and push to have them solved. Have the courage to say no to a customer's wishes based on pure facts and knowledge about the Mobenga product and what they will gain by following our suggestions.

Expectations:

• Maintaining the visibility about the product development
• Maintaining the product backlog in order for the Scrum team to work with it
• Maintaining partnership (good relations) with the customer
• Maximizing the product value by following the Scrum process
• Controlling Definition of Done
• Managing a Visible and demanding role
Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Product Backlog and contact with customers
• Managing, setting priorities for and maintaining the Product Backlog in a way that it's visible to all. PO shall always keep the Product backlog up to date (prioritized, estimated, everything included from customer and stakeholder)
• Managing stakeholder responsibility
• Gathering requirements and input information.
• Managing the development of the features by setting goals and not by micro management
• Planning and securing resources
• Responsible for maximizing Return On Investment "not financial" from the product
• Sharing product knowledge with other POs
• Sharing customer relations experience with other POs
• Supporting other POs
• Giving ownership of sprint to team
• Update portfolio
• Responsible for discussing scope and timelines with a customer (based on the input from the team)

Ideal requirements:

• Excellent communication skills:
• Product oriented person
• A "doer"
• Betting experience
• Product Owner experience
• "Scrum by the book" experience
