hela Sverige Verisure is seeking a Technical Product Owner. Working with us, you will contribute to making the world a safer and more secure place!
In our IT organization located in Linköping, we are about sixty employees and we belong to an overall IT organization with more than 500 people. In Linköping there are five delivery teams, each responsible for their own assignments and working together to achieve the set-up goals.
You get to work in an international environment characterized by creativity and productivity together with colleagues, that diligently share knowledge among themselves.
Key responsibilities
In this role you will work with planning, analysing and stakeholder management. A challenging role where you will work closely with Stakeholders and Scrum team to develop and prioritize the product backlog. You will lead the requirements gathering and translate high-level business requirements into user story mappings and user stories. Part of the job is to represent stakeholders and do a walkthrough of new functionality before technical requirement creation. In corporation with the Product Manager you are responsible for managing, communicating and executing a short-term roadmap and you act as the main point of contact between the team and stakeholders.
You will attend scrum meetings including standups, backlog reviews, retrospectives and demos. Maintaining the backlog, plan and scope each sprint and identifying areas of improvement are all part of this role. We work in cross-functional teams and various stakeholders and you get to corporate with other Product Owners about implementations and way-of-working.
What you bring
You are driven, communicative, flexible and used to work and create structure in an engaged and solution-oriented way. You understand and have experience in defining different stakeholder's needs and break them down to get an understanding of both the details and the overall picture.
You need to be able to work independently and drive projects forward at a good pace with high quality. You enjoy working with cross functional teams and international stakeholders, both internal and external. To succeed in this role, you must be a team player and have good communication skills, both orally and in writing,
We believe you have at least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT industry and some years of experience from a similar role.
Qualifications
* Ability to understand and translate business needs to IT requirements
* Experience of software development and stakeholder management
* Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment
* Experience in Agile Methodologies and responsive to changing business priorities
* Fluent in English
