Are you our next Product Owner for SharePoint and Power Platform?

Scania is currently in the process of establishing a 3rd global industrial hub in China. This includes the local IT infrastructure needed to run the application landscape that will support our business processes. This is a highly prioritised and strategic initiative on our roadmap.

The Department of Digital Workplace are delivering digital workplace services to the entire organisation to enable our colleagues globally to be creative, productive and collaborative.

The section Productivity Services is a part of the Digital Workplace department. Productivity Services consists of four groups with around 40 persons in total. The group that you would be part of is "Collaboration and Automation". The group has the purpose to develop, implement and deliver SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Your role and assignment

As the Product Owner at Collaboration and Automation, you will be the primary contact for the respective projects. You will drive the planning to ensure that the solutions meet our aligned roadmap for deployments. This includes responsibility for managing backlog, refining and prioritising our next move. You will work together with IT technical specialists, architects and service responsible. Your location will be in Södertälje.

You are driven, enthusiastic and have an eye for details, structure and planning. You thrive in a flexible environment and are not afraid of breaking new ground. You get things done and set your own goals, and at the same time lead the team and inspire innovation. You have excellent communication skills and like to operate in a multicultural international environment where we respect the individual.

Importantly, you enjoy working in a diverse team and are a helping hand for others when needed.

Additionally, you have:

• Relevant academic education in software development, engineering, etc.
• Previous work experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner with a good understanding of modern IT infrastructure and it's components and functions.
• Projects using SharePoint and / or Power Platform solutions are merit.
• Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
• Fluent in Swedish is a merit.
• Experienced work at Scania is merit.
