The main task is to develop the product marketing plan strategically and operationally for each product category/customer group. You will report to Product Marketing Director. The position can be based Jonsered just outside Gothenburg or flexible.
Your main responsibilities:
• Working with Husqvarna Construction and its relevant stakeholders to define product marketing strategies and execution plans for the specific category/target groups/channels the person is responsible for
• Understand our end-customers eco-system and customer journeys and how to best integrate the product marketing strategies
• Align with sales on key targets, countries, customer segments and channels and set relevant KPIs for a successful product marketing and action plans for how to reach the target groups in their preferred channel partners
• Understand/define/refine the customer segments based on insight into customer behaviors and define how each type of interaction should be handled for each customer segment.
• Continually follow up, evaluate and improve the strategies within the area of responsibility to make sure we drive and increase sales as well as category and product preference
• Be part of the product management category
• Be the category/product/customer/sales enablement expert in the marketing team
• Be responsible for product marketing information in e.g. product database (STEP), web product pages, image bank etc
• Support successful introduction of new products and update management on key milestones
• Responsible for product related topics in marketing/communication production like e.g. data, safety, applications, operators, transports, products etc
• Align with sales and category on Go-to-Market marketing strategy and commercial plan
• PR for product launches, promotions and media relations
• Market intelligence for the category from a marketing perspective

• Be able to switch between a strategic and an operative mind-set

• Customer Segmentation knowledge and areas of use
• Self-starter with strong drive and sense of urgency
• Strong business acumen
• Holistic perspective and able to develop and implement strategies
• Project leader skills, strong drive and broad skills
• Solution oriented, enjoy finding ways to overcome 'roadblocks'
• Leadership skills with proven capabilities to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
We will be looking for these dots in your history and expertise:
• Minimum a bachelor university degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-8 years in marketing and/or product management
• Experience creating successful product marketing strategies and execution plans
• Solid knowledge of the digital eco-system.
