We are leaders in Home Appliances Business and we need a great Leader for this exciting role! Join the exciting world of Product Marketing and become part of strong and dynamic team that is actively contributing on creating and launching great products! The Product Marketing Director: - is responsible to manage the frontloading of the branded launch process for all laundry products. - Will lead the creation of insightful marketing strategies, as a basis for the development of impactful marketing campaigns and assets. - Will be responsible for strategic partnerships to strengthen the brand and product positioning in the markets - Will utilize all relevant consumer based research to identify new and improved products as well as communication direction. - Will manage a team of Product Marketing Managers and will be part of the Product Line and Marketing Management Teams
Key operational responsibilities:
Lead the development of the Product Line marketing strategy as part of the overall EMA-E brand strategy. Responsible for the Category Value Proposition & Product Value Proposition development process for all new products and innovations . Ensure timely delivery of all product messaging and the co-ordination of all 360 assets in Commercial Launch Process . Develop and implement strategic partnerships with external brands and institutions. Setting key parameters for launches - themes, naming, claims, Product Value Proposition. Make a significant strategic input to the overall channel strategy that will ensure profitable growth in volume/market share. Will be the Product Line focal point for consumer insight. Work closely with product development and product management teams . Constant monitoring of competitor marketing activities and best practise . Support the Marketing Business Brief working closely with the Brand team, Competencies Needed & Experience Required . Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Development roles in complex organizations. Commercial Acumen and Business Understanding . Strong leadership skills (both people and business). Strategic Marketing Mindset. Driven, proactive and energetic. Category and Product Value Proposition
