The department for Self Service Solutions has the mission to digitalize and optimize our sales processes, enabling our customers to get easy, quick and convenient access to our full range of products and services. We launched our new and improved website in 2017 and we are currently in a very exciting stage of taking the successful launch to even greater heights. To get there, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Product Manager responsible for the development of our customer self-service solutions. This is an opportunity to join a great team in a global and exciting key position, with the possibility to take on leadership and influence our e-commerce solutions and services from the initial stages.

Your mission - refining digital tools to provide fit-for-purpose solutions for our customers
As Product Manager, you work together with our Product Specialists and are overall responsible for the user experience of our global, digital sales platform for guiding and recommendations - ensuring that our customers effortlessly find and buy the right products in our product catalogue of 40 000 items. You identify and document requirements for new or improved services based on user needs, and drive customer insights through collection and analysis of data from all available sources. You are also responsible for setting and presenting strategies for your area and maintaining a roadmap for the services, aligned with Seco's overall strategy.
Other important responsibilities in your job:
• Working with competitor and market analysis as grounds for initiating and sponsoring improvements projects
• Continuously following up the performance of our services and maintain an overall picture of user satisfaction with present services
• Coordinating and promoting initiatives for our services by active communication with channel stakeholders
• Following up and ensuring the quality of our service-support
Your profile
We are looking for someone with knowledge of metal cutting, preferably in combination with a digital understanding of User Experience or Customer Experience. Experience from, or a degree connected to machining or cutting processes are advantageous, as is experience from cooperating with IT-departments to build user-friendly solutions. As we operate in an international environment, you communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are a plus.
