As a Product Manager for Customer Flexibility you will be part of the Power Management team, which has the responsibility to source the electricity that will be sold to our customers. It is a tight and high performing team of five colleagues that report to the Head of Power Management. Vattenfall has one of the largest and most complex product portfolio for Customer Flexibility, in the Nordics today. The area is growing quick and has become an important tool for the future energy system and we dare to promise the right candidate an exiting and rewarding area for personal development.
In the role as Product Manager you will mainly work with products and projects connected to Customer Flexibility. Customer flexibility means that we help our customer to adjust their electrical consumption in order to support the electricity grid. You will support our sales teams for B2B and their customers with technical know-how, market insights and beneficial solutions. Customer Flexibility is a relatively new, and fast growing, business area. Hence a significant part of the role is to develop and establish internal processes as well as develop business opportunities, new solutions and supporting in setting business strategies.
Experience
In order to be successful as a Product Manager we believe you enjoy new challenges and that you have hands-on experience in electrical installations, preferably from the energy sector and/or process industry, as well as experience in project management and technical sales.
Qualifications
Relevant technical university degree or equivalent.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Proven work-life experience within a relevant field.
As a person you are outgoing, you take initiatives, strive for results and have a true skill in building and maintaining strong business relations. Your arguments are convincing and you know how to make people like them. You have the ability to plan and work in a structured way and you are known for a prompt and excellent delivery of even the most complex issues.

Manages risks associated with electricity sales and handle the physical power purchase and balance management.
