We're seeking a Product Manager with a commercial mindset, innovative passion, natural curiosity, and a drive to dive deep into the complex and evolving landscape of digital advertising and creative automation. Your role will be pivotal in shaping Bannerflow's product and driving our business forward. In the role as Product Manager, you will...
Lead the product development process end-to-end, including product discovery initiatives, business cases (e.g., packaging and pricing), development oversight, roll-out, commercial go-live, and results tracking.
Deeply understand our customers to identify pain points, define relevant solutions, and uncover business opportunities.
Stay informed about the industry landscape to gather fresh insights and ensure Bannerflow remains ahead of the curve.
Drive adoption of your product by fostering alignment across internal teams and supporting external communications.
Support sales and engage in customer dialogues as needed.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
Analyze product profitability, usage, and customer experience to continuously improve outcomes.
• . So, what are we looking for?
>3 years of experience in Product Management, matching this role and areas of responsibilities.
Proven success in identifying new product ideas and after commercial evaluation taking them to market, driving adoption and iteration.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaborations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Skilled in prioritizing and making tough decisions.
Keen interest in leveraging new tech for customer and user success.
Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape.
It's a bonus if you have experience from social media or video/streaming production.
