During the past year we have launched a completely new brand, a new consumer app (iOS/Android) and state-of-the art website, all of which have fundamentally transformed how consumers interact with our payments and consumer finance products. We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Consumer Product team and work in close collaboration with our Development, Design, and Marketing teams and manage the continued development of our digital interfaces.
At Qliro, we are continuously improving and creating new products for our two customer groups - consumers and merchants. As a member of our Consumer product team and responsible for new product development, you will play a key role in developing the platform for Qliro's future consumer offering.
What you will do?
- Set a clear product vision and KPIs and closely monitor product performance
- Gather insights from consumer feedback, market/competitive research, and product performance analytics
- Develop business cases and propositions, and set a roadmap to maximize consumer experience, product performance, and operational efficiency
- Closely co-operate with tech teams to deliver on product plans: Set clear requirements and acceptance criteria, provide product context to developers, resolve bottlenecks, and make trade-offs/priority calls
- Work together with product and marketing teams to drive cross-promotion, increase the active user base and deliver new consumer engagement features
Who are we looking for?
- 3-6 years' experience in product management working with digital consumer products
- Technically well-versed and previous experience from working in close cooperation with both agile development and UX teams, with a strong focus on user experience and customer journeys.
- Experience from product performance measurement and analysis, such as working with digital A/B testing
- A natural problem solver with "do-er" mentality, eye for details, and obsession with quality and structure in everything you do
- Track record of successfully delivering quality results in large and complex cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, a Nordic language is seen as a merit but not a requirement
