As a Product Manager, you are responsible for leading the Player Value Stream towards it's stream mission - "Invent, craft and package a world class Sports Betting experience for our end-users" as well as leading the product innovation assignments across the product development organization. Your main focus will be on:
• End-user-Insight driven product development
• Product strategy and prioritization
• Customer collaboration & coordination
Responsibilities:
• Advance and disseminate understanding of end-users; segments, their needs and motivations and meeting them.
• Understanding operator needs (services, functions, communication, information, collaboration) and meeting them.
• Define stream missions, strategy, objectives, metrics and organization
• Align stream mission and metrics with company strategy and KPI:s
• Convert end-user & operator insight into product improvement from vision and product discovery, through implementation and when in production.
• Manage the player stream discovery & delivery roadmap and backlogs, including creation of initiatives, epics and stories all delivering value towards the stream mission
• Support Kambi strategic directions and other streams missions
• Own & maintain prioritized stream backlog
• Evolve discovery and delivery methodology in cooperation with the Head of Design and Player Triade
• Communicate plans & progress to internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
• 5+ years experience as a product manager and/or strategy consultant in the digital services industry
• Comfortable with utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to understand, meet and evaluate user needs and problems
