Are you interested in bringing new products to a global market and to work in a strong team characterised by high technical knowledge?
As Product Management Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with world-leading products within Separation. Tetra Pak is entering an expansive phase with intensified R&D activities and you will be a key player in optimising the overall future Centrifugal Separation product portfolio, with focus on launching new products to the market. This role involves plenty of supplier and Tetra Pak Cluster organisation interaction and cooperation with global customers. You will have a real opportunity to influence and make a difference.
You are reporting to the Manager Separators and you should expect to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
Main responsibilities
• Act as a Core Team member according to the product development process
• Capture market needs for Separation products and translate them into project requirements
• Define business cases
• Product launch and deployment for the projects
• Support the Commercial Product Manager in product portfolio planning
• Market & Business Intelligence/Analysis
• Support in defining, aligning and driving product development and portfolio planning activities cross-functionally together with Cluster organisations
Qualifications
As a person you are result-oriented and self-motivated. You find motivation in being the spider in web, in contributing with initiative and new ideas. You are a typical team player and you possess a great deal of persistence, together with an analytical mind-set. You also have the right people skills to be able to manage stakeholders on different levels in a global environment.
We believe you have a university degree within engineering, together with at least 3 years work experience from a similar position. You need a technical understanding but more important is a commercial profile and interest. Previous experience from working in the Dairy/Beverage/Food processing industry is seen as a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
