Introduction
We are seeking a Product engineer in Filtration to complement and support our Filtration Services Product Manager in Sweden.

Separating solids from liquids through filters is a critical step in a wide variety of processes. Filtration solutions within industrial filtration enhance operational efficiency, end product quality, yield and consistency while improving the safety, health and environmental performance of products we use on a daily basis.
In this position you will report to Project Manager located in Sala, Sweden.
This position is also located in Sala, Sweden, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. However, we require approximately 2-3 days of physical presence in Sala per week.
Team you belong to
In this position, you will be a co-operative team player and be responsible for supporting in daily tasks within Dewatering and Filtration in spare part process requests, arranging different business needs by our customer base on global level. Part of your responsibilities include aligning business needs together within Filtration product group and working closely with several stakeholders within the company. From this position you will support global customer requests together with many Metso internal stakeholders. Part of your responsibilities include creating materials & supporting in various smaller customer cases to achieve best possible customer feedback. Part of Your responsibilities include in participating possible engineering tasks and analysis.
What you'll do
* Participate in supporting in daily tasks in regards to equipment spare part, pricing, delivery and other processes per need.
* Support defining our product and services offering for Beneficiation, dewatering and Hydromet (BDH) products.
* Ensure and complement the availability of product information for the equipment and offering.
* Communicate daily in pricing, delivery, stock holding, customer cases related topics.
* Adapt our offerings to suit and further accelerate the product Life Cycle Services offering.
* Support product advisory and technical knowledge to sales support, sales and/or customers.
* Support in delivering product knowledge and customer voices to stakeholder organizations within the business, make recommendations how to apply it.
Who you are
* Applicable B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and/or Technical or Business degree.
* Proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability.
* Familiarity and willingness to work in a large, complex organization with a broad stakeholder base.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to take action, and learn from others.
* Willingness to actively engage in problem-solving opportunities; self-driven personality.
* High level of analytical and computer skills is essential.
* Previous experience in relevant B2B work is valued, with familiarity in exploring customer needs and responding to various customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous industrial experience is appreciated
* Previous experience with mining and/or filtration product range and related services is an asset.
