The program includes several different rotations, whereof at least one international assignment. The program will focus on developing your skills as a leader from many different perspectives, such as people leadership, strategic leadership and technology leadership. During the program you will be mentored by one of our senior leaders and attend several learning modules, both online and face-to-face. You will build both your local network in Gothenburg as well as your global network across our Packet Core sites in Europe and Asia. As the world is constantly changing, one of your tasks will be to lead different change initiatives. You will coach and develop individuals, teams and organizations.
