About the job
In this position, you drive and lead customer projects - from customer contact to manufactured and validated products. In close collaboration with our sales team, you specify new products according to customer requirements. In other words, you translate a customer demand into product solutions. Your material and AM process know-how enables you to optimize performance, cost and quality of new products. You enjoy being on the shop floor to plan and prioritize our production according to customer demand.
This role is based at our AM Service Center in Sandviken, Sweden.
About you
We're looking for someone with a relevant engineering or material science degree, together with several years of experience in additive manufacturing and of working in a production environment. Being skilled in the field, you have previously been involved in customer projects, project management and have worked with Product and Print Process Development. Working in an international setting as this one calls for adequate skills in the English language, while knowing Swedish is a plus.
With clear ambitions, you know how to drive and lead projects in the most efficient way possible - especially when it comes to service-oriented approaches. While working with both internal and external stakeholders, you have a commercial awareness and being service minded comes naturally to you. You also line your work in methods of strategical and analytical significance - in other words, you're structured and an effective planner.
