Do you have strong electronic design skills and a desire to design and develop new hardware, as well as to maintain established products? Are you looking for a role where you work in close collaboration with colleagues in Japan and other affiliates located worldwide?
Then you might be the experienced Product Developer we are looking for!
At Arcontia you will be working with the latest contactless smart card technology with possibility to strengthen your competencies within system and product development on a continuous basis. As Arcontia works with several different hardware devices running a variety of operating systems including Linux, Windows and Android, the job offers a great deal of variation and opportunity to work in your specific field of interest.

Qualifications:
You have a Master or Bachelor of Science preferentially within electronics, computing, automation or similar. In addition you have at least five years professional experience as product developer within hardware. Previous work in a manufacturing company is considered advantageous as well as being part of a full product cycle. A driver's license is required as well as excellent English, both spoken and in writing.
Essential criteria:
Digital and analog electronic design
Hardware development for embedded systems
Circuit board layout
Knowledge in certifying electronic devices for CE, EMC, FCC and other certifications.
Desirable criteria:
RFID Antenna design
C++/C development
32-bit microcontrollers, such as Cortex M3
Experience in Linux
Familiarity with unit testing, issue tracking, continuous integration and agile development
