About the Role
As a Product Data Administrator, you play a vital role in our Supply Chain Operations by managing and optimizing product information across our Nordic e-commerce platforms.
You will be responsible for setting up new products, maintaining accurate and consistent product data, and ensuring high-quality product presentation online. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Commercial teams, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless, engaging, and reliable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up new products across our e-commerce platforms
• Maintain and update product information, attributes, and content
• Ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and complete
• Perform ongoing quality checks and corrections
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Service teams
• Support product launches and campaigns with accurate data
• Propose and implement workflow improvements related to data entry and product onboarding
• Develop best practices and guidelines to support high-quality product data management
Qualifications
To succeed in the role we see that you have:
• A strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data consistency
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools
• Solid Excel skills in particular
• Knowledge of Nordic languages is considered an advantage
• Previous experience in product data management, e-commerce administration, or similar roles and familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems or e-commerce platforms is a plus
